Refund and Returns Policy

At Aira Wax, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a positive experience with every purchase. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The seal must be intact — we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.
  • Products purchased during a final sale or marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect application, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photograph of the damaged/defective product and its packaging.
  3. A brief description of the issue.

Send this information to hello@airawax.com. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@airawax.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If you paid via UPI or net banking, the refund will be transferred to the originating account.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item (subject to our return conditions) and place a new order.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at the email below with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — however, you may return it upon delivery as per this policy.
