At Aira Wax, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery process, timelines, and charges.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify whether your pin code is serviceable. If your location is unavailable for delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to find an alternative solution.
3. Shipping Charges
- Orders above Rs. 499: Free standard shipping.
- Orders below Rs. 499: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 49 applies.
- Expedited or express shipping (where available): Additional charges apply and will be shown at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where an incorrect or defective product was delivered.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days.
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days.
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our Website or by contacting our support team.
6. Packaging
All Aira Wax products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use tamper-evident seals and secure outer packaging. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking link for the latest update.
- Contact us at hello@airawax.com with your order number.
- Allow 2–3 additional business days, as courier delays occasionally occur.
If your order is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
8. Failed Deliveries
In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or restricted access, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
- If you choose not to redeliver, a refund will be issued for the product amount minus the original shipping cost.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Aira Wax ships within India only. International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand to international markets in the future — follow us on social media for updates.
